Paypal Disputes And Claims

Due to fraudulent buyers we automatically decline all disputes and claims in Paypal if you have not made an attempt to contact our support.

Our support is available to manage refunds and questions. If you use the dispute system before contacting us we will consider it fraudulent and automatically decline it. Your refund will also be automatically voided in our system for unnecessary disputes.

Terms Of Subscription Renewal

Monthly Shopify Academy subscriptions automatically renew each month until the subscription buyer cancels the membership inside of their Paypal account. You can do this by following this guide. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cancel your membership or to reach out and contact us regarding cancellation.

Refunds

  • 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only.
  • Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
  • You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product/request to receive your refund. Any return/request received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
  • Returns/Refunds are NOT valid on free trials. The free trial must be cancelled on your own accord or your must request cancellation of the membership by reaching out to our support BEFORE the billing period begins.
  • OUR ACTION BASED REFUND GUARANTEE DETAILS (READ) In order to qualify for our ACTION based refund, you must show clear proof that you have actively tried to apply our teachings over a reasonable period of time. Proof could include screenshots or video footage of a live store that was active and getting/attempting to get traffic.
